The Major General Boyd M. Cook Veterans Memorial Foundation, Inc., was founded to assist veterans in need. Since we saw a need in 2007, we have been helping U.S. veterans by paying for major unforecasted repair of cars, funding a wounded soldier in a Texas burn center to come home for the holidays, fixing blown down gutters, arranging for no-cost child care and paying for a funeral of a deployed guardsman’s mother who passed with no insurance. We have provided financial assistance and assistance with counseling.
